Registration Procedures: Registration for classes will begin on Monday, January 6,1997, and will end on Friday, January 17,1997. You may register by doing either of the following: (1) telephone - 825-4218,9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, provide necessary information and mail check, or after hours, leave name and phone number on voice mail and your call will be returned the next morning; (2) come by the center between the hours of 9:00 am. and 3:00 p.m., provide the necessary information and pay for classes; (3) fill out the form below and mail with tuition payment. Tuition costs do not include textbooks or supplies./ (Should class not run, tuition will be refunded in full). NO REFUNDS AFTER FIRST / NIGHT OF CLASS.
