The 200th Anniversary of Jefferson will be commemorated during the Jeffersonton Summerfest ‘98 to be held on Saturday, June 20 at the Jeffersonton Community Center from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Jefferson Ruritan Club is sponsoring this celebration.
Make plans to attend the Rappahannock County High School Chorus’ Spring Concert on Tuesday, May 26, beginning at 7 p.m. at the high school. Refreshments will be provided by the choral boosters and a silent auction will be held before and after the concert to benefit the chorus. Raffle tickets for a quilt will be sold for $1 each.
