Almost all the members of the Rappahannock track team will go to regional competition at the University of Virginia this Thursday to compete.
The team surprised coach Donn Hackney and assistant coach Eugene Baltimore when they made a very strong finish in the district individually. The Rappahannock boys track team took third in the district and the girls team took fourth. Hackney said they did “an excellent job and I’m very pleased with their performance. We had some injuries late in the season and that hurt us and slowed the girls team down. But, they made an extra effort at district and almost every
