Band boosters to meet
The Rappahannock Band Boosters will meet Thursday, Nov. 19 at 7:30 p.m. at the high school. The public is invited.
Christmas banquet scheduled

The Shepherds' Play returns
Ki Theatre presents ‘The Shepherds' Play,” a traditional 14th Century nativity play with acoustic music, singing and acting on Saturday, Dec. 5 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, Dec 6 at 5 p.m. at Ki Theatre on Gay Street. Tickets are $8 for adults and $4 for children. Advance purchase is recommended. For more information call 675-1518.
Town plans Christmas party
The Town Council of Washington would like to invite all town residents and all the people who work in town to the first Town Christmas Party. It will take place on Sunday, Dec. 6 and will begin with the lighting ceremony for the tree in front of the courthouse at 5 p.m. Immediately following will be a potluck dinner at the Town Hall. Please RSVP to the Town Office at 675-3128, respond with the number of people attending along with the dish you d like to bring, salad, vegetable, meat or dessert. If you have not responded by Dec. 1. someone will contact you.
Exhibition at Linden Vineyards
Sara Schneidman’s original paintings and prints are on view and for sale through the holidays at the Linden Vineyards.
