ORDER OF PUBLICATION
This is an action to sell the real estate mentioned above to collect delinquent real estate taxes owned to the County of Rappahannock, Virginia. It appears that James Edward Freeman and his wife, Rosie Broy Freeman, acquired the property which is the subject of this cause, to yvit;

lots 9,11,13, and 15, of the
Oden Subdivision
Hampton Magisterial District
Rappahannock County, Virginia,
by deed from Blondell Jackson Smith and John D. Smith dated 28 August 1962 of record in Deed Book 77 page 446 in the Clerk's Office of this Court; and, It further appears that James Edward Freeman and Rosie Broy Freeman are now deceased, and their interest in the subject property has passed to others, some of whom are unknown; and, It further appears the subject property may be encumbered by liens; Therefore, all persons claiming an interest in, or lien or encumbrance upon said land are required to appear in the Circuit Court for Rappahannock County, Virginia, P.O. Box 517, 238 Gay Street. Washington, Virginia, and protect their interests on or before 16 December 1998. This order shall be published once a week lor two successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, shall be posted at the front door of the Courthouse for the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and shall be mailed to each Defendant whose post office address is given above.
