The object of the Petition to Intervene filed in this cause is to quiet title and/or partition the hereinafter described property lying and being in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and more particularly described as follows:
A 5 acre portion of Tract 1, containing 25.0000 acres described in that certain deed dated September 5, 1979 from Homer E. Henry and Carol A. Henry, husband and wife, to John David O'Connell and Adele Ramona O'Connell, recorded on September 19, 1979 as Instrument No. 1745, among the land records of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
An affidavit having been made and filed showing that the Petitioners, John David O'Connell and Adele Ramona O'Connell used due diligence to ascertain the County or Corporation in which the hereinafter named Defendants are, to-wit: LORETTA ANN GRIMSLEY, JOHN JOHNSTON, MARY V JOHNSTON a/k/a MOLLIE V.
