Ms. Nicholson was also a teacher at Hearthstone School in Castleton. She was passionate in her love for Hawaii, and truly carried the “Aloha Spirit.”
During her long battle with cancer she was lovingly cared for by her family and many friends, and will be remembered for her healing hands, her raucous sense of humor, her love for children and her joy for life. ® She is survived by two daughters Shana Nicholson and Summer Craig; her husband Robert Smith; her mother Marion Panzera and stepfather John Panzera and her cousin Michael Soule.
Funeral services were private. Memorial contributions may be made to Project Rainbow, 140 White Rose Mountain Lane, Sperryville, Va. 22740.

Mildred Wills

Mildred O. Satchell Wills, 91, the widow of the late John Clyde Wills, formerly of Washington, Va. died Nov. 1 in Philadelphia, Pa.
Funeral services were conducted at White Rock Baptist Church by Rev. Dr. William J. Shaw.
Mrs. Wills became a member of that church in 1922, where she sang in the choirs and taught Sunday School.
She is survived by her niece Dorothy C. Butler of Sperryville; great nieces M. Nan Butler Roberts of Lignum; Doretha Howard Butler of Williamsburg, Sheila and Lisa Wills of Philadelphia, Pa. and a great nephew Avery O. Lacy Wills of Arlington and a her longtime friend and care giver Eddie Mae Dicks.
