The Rappahannock/Rapidan Community Services Board is pleased to announce the kickoff of the 2000 Fan Care program. Fan Care is a “beat the heat’ fan distribution program sponsored by Virginia Power is partnership with the Virginia Department for Aging.
The Fan Care Program provides free fans to eligible local senior citizens in Planning District 9, which includes Culpeper, Madison, Orange, Fauquier and Rappahannock counties. The local Fan Care program is administered by the Rappahannock/Rapidan
