Symptoms related to stress may be physical, i.e., fatigue, headaches, tight or sore muscles, emotional such as mood irritability, depression, or anxiety, or behavioral, for example, sleep disturbance or change in eating habits. It is helpful to draw a correlation between the stressor, the symptoms, and then to look at developing a helpful response.
