Bronze medal
‘ Sharp Rock Vineyards recently won a Bronze medal for their Cabernet Franc 2000 in the International Eastern Wine Competition sponsored by Vineyard and Winery Management.
There were 1719 entries this year from 35 states, four provinces of Canada and ten other countries. Altogether there were 370 wineries that entered the competition.

Come out and support the American Red Cross Bloodmobile at the Washington Fire Hall on Wednesday, June 27. The bloodmobile will run from 3 to 7 p.m. The Family and Community Educators Club encourages newcomers and regular donors to come and give the gift of life. Start out the summer right — donate blood.
