He was detained after investigators learned he was wanted for failure to appear in court in Prince William County. He has also been charged by Warrenton Police with unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Pruitt is a white woman, 5 feet 9 inches tall, who weighs 105 pounds. She has blond hair and brown eyes and was wearing a blue and white top, blue jeans and tennis shoes at the time of her disappearance.
