Position available in the Investor Accounting Division of growing, fast-paced servicing company with a large portfolio of multi-family mortgage loans. The Investor Accounting Division tracks changes in Investor ownership. calculates principal and interest payments due to investors and provides related monthly reports to investors. The Division also handles specialized reporting to Ginnie Mae and Fannie Mae using various reporting softwares. Duties include timely and accurate remittance of payments, maintenance of investor files, review of servicing agreements for unusual' servicing requirements, and responding to investor inquiries. Candidates must be number and detail-oriented and attentive to deadlines.
Experience with mortgage-backed securities or loan servicing helpful.
Knowledge of Excel Required.
