Frances Tabler

• Former resident J Frances T. Tabler, 81, died ♦Tuesday, June 12. \ She was bom Oct. 27, 1919 iin Washington, D.C., a daughjjter of the late Edward M. and 5 Louise P. Smith Tyler.

Mrs. Tabler was of Episcopal faith and longtime member of the Eastern Star Chapter in Culpeper. Mrs. Tabler lived in Sperryville for many years.

Mrs. Tabler was predeceased by a daughter, Mary Anne Marcey and one son, James (Bing) Yowell.

She is survived by a son, Richard D. Yowell of Horsham, jRa., one sister, Anne Stuckey \ of Falls Church and an aunt, i Lillian Smith of Delray Beach, J Fla. J Also surviving are six • grandchildren, four great• grandchildren and two nieces. '. A memorial service was Jield on Saturday, June 16 at • St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, • Delray Beach, Fla.
