Wendy Weinberg follow-up i long letter of opposition that she had sent to the Town Council and to the ARB with a nublic statement against the Bank’s expansion plans. She addressed her opposition to the expanded parking lot, noting that she has had no complaints about parking for events at her neighboring theater. She also suggested that a irive-though facility would establish a bad precedent for the Town—that other businesses could use a drive-in as well, and if the Council approved the Bank’s plans the requests by other businesses for similar facilities could not be denied.
Mrs. Weinberg continued with a detailed analysis of Special Use Permit standards, and how the Bank’s application could not meet those standards.
