The school bus drivers have done a great job delivering the school pupils safely to and from school in a safely manor for the school year ending June 15. We are proud of each of you and wish you a good summer.
The graduating class of 1942 from the Sperryville High School, now Faith Mountain, celebrated their 59th class reunion on Friday, June 8 at the Red Lobster in Fredericksburg.
There were 11 in the graduating class, two are deceased, and five were in attendance.
They were: Mrs. Grace Dwyer Gagner, Mrs. Ruth Dennis Beddingfield, Miss Anne Dwyer, Mrs. Ann Wood Hilldrup, and Mr. Rodger Woodward. Another reunion was planned for next year.
There were several from the county who visited with Mrs. Ethel Tyner this week at Village Nursing Home at Fork Union to help her celebrate her 106th birthday on June 17. This makes her living in
