day. Not always big life altering ones but a series of small moments that let them all know I care about who they are and what they are capable of becoming! I forget that sometimes. I forget all the lessons they teach me, how to laugh at myself, to enjoy the little things, to let my guard down, and to be human.
We took 75 middle school students with us to Williamsburg on an adventure that they wnll remember for years to come. Perhaps it would be more accurate to say they allowed us to come along for the ride. You could call that week in Williamsburg a field trip if you wanted, but that would only scratch the surface.
