Assesses risk and family functioning. Requirements: Knowledge of social work theory and practice, ability to assess abuse and neglect, determine risk and family functioning levels, apply crisis intervention methods, counseling and mediation techniques, collaborate with community resources, interpret and understand laws, regulations and document activities and family progress. Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field is required, Social Work Degree and CPS certification preferred.
