Early in their careers, members of the Quartet studied individually at the New England Conservatory, the Royal Danish Academy, and Yale University.
The works to be played at the concert are the Quartet in G Minor, Op. 10, by Claude Debussy; “Chrysanthemums” for String Quartet, by Giacomo Puccini; and the Quartet in F Major, Op. 96, known as the “American,” by Antonin Dvorak.
