A memorial service for Mr. Keyser will be held graveside at the Washington Masonic Cemetery on Friday, April 19 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations to the Washington Fire and Rescue Department, 10 Firehouse Lane, Washington, Va. 22747 and/or the Rappahannock County Library, 4 Library Road, Washington, Va. 22747.

William Kelly Edwards, 74, of Amissville died on Monday, April 8 at Warrenton Overlook Nursing Home.
He was born March 5, 1928 to the late Kelly Monroe Edwards and Gladys Edwards of Amissville.
Survivors include his wife, Louise Edwards of Amissville: three stepdaughters, Helen Bartrum of Amissville, Donna Proctor of Suitland, Md. and Lillie Cottoms of Locust Grove and three stepsons, James Robinson and Park Robinson, both of Rixeyville and Larry Jackson of Culpeper.
Additional survivors include one sister, Shirley Edwards of Richmond; a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by three sisters, Gladys Smith, Fannie Mae Brooks, Evelyn Turner and one stepdaughter, Dorothy Robinson.
Funeral services were conducted on Saturday at Bethel Baptist Church in Amissville with Rev. Forrest Freeman officiating.
Interment was at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.
W.C. Thompson Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of the arrangements.
