Headwaters names
grant in his honor

Headwaters, the Rappahannock County Public Education Foundation, has been made the recipient of a challenge grant from an anonymous donor to benefit the Headwaters Endowment Fund.
The Headwaters board has voted to name this grant in honor of Werner Krebser.
Dr. Krebser has been chairman of the Headwaters Endowment Committee since its inception in 1998 and he has been a major supporter of the fund.
The terms of the challenge grant will benefit Headwaters by one dollar
