BUILDING ENGINEER
The candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of commercial office buildings on a 150-acre campus Work includes responding to service calls, occupant requests, performing preventative maintenance. completing mechanical and electrical repairs, and vendor management.
Candidates must possess strong mechanical and electrical knowledge of commercial office buildings, knowledge of various HVAC systems, and fire alarm and sprinkler systems. Experience with the building automation system, and 4-6 years' experience are also required. Must be CFC certified. There will be overtime and rotating on-call shifts.
