Belated anniversary wishes go out to Mr. and Mrs. James M. Dodson, who celebrated another year last week.
Marc Dodson and friend Jenny of Harrisonburg were here visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Dodson of Salem Way for Mother’s Day.
In Mother’s Day activities at Black Oak Regular Baptist Church on Sunday, Patricia Corbin was chosen to receive the red and white flower vase of flowers which was given by the members in honor or memory of their mothers.
Revival services are in progress at the Five Forks Regular Baptist Church and will close with the Friday service each evening at 7:30 p.m. Dr. Wayne Thompson of Rochelle is guest speaker and the public is invited and urged to attend.
Others added to our prayer list this week, include Betty Wright, Beatrice Sheppard, Eva Dodson and Jimmie Falls.
Mother’s Day guests of Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Grigsby and Jason were Mr. and Mrs. Chriss Robinson and Keith Daniel and Kevin Grigsby of Culpeper.
