Ki Theatre announces the fall series of Life Stories Workshops taught by Washington resident Julie Portman.
An Obie award winning life stories writer, actress and master teacher, Portman has been teaching Life Stories Workshops for the past seven years attracting participants from Rappahannock County and the surrounding region in addition to people from across the country.
The schedule for the Life Stories Workshops includes an Advanced Three-Day Workshop Sept. 26-28 and Introductory Three-Day Workshops Oct. 17-19.
There also are two special story events in November: Portman will give a premiere performance of a new theatre piece called The Passion, The Power and the Promise in Your Story on Saturday evening, Nov. 16 at Ki Theatre.
