Magnificent!
As I studied Tom Tepper’s intricate pen and ink sketches of five local villages in the county in the Sept. 4 Rappahannock News over morning coffee, only one word came to mind: magnificent! The amount of time and effort put into this project surely reflects a labor of love for the county. I am certain these sketches will be with us for a long, long time. George Walters, Woodville
