What effect, if any, this move has on Cole's expanding operations in Rappahannock remains to be seen He is seen as a key player in the economic scene of the town and county—so much so some residents have coined the phrase Colesville to describe his expanding presence.
There s also a question as to how his focus on Maui leaves negotiations with the Town of Washington on a land swap for a wastewater treatment system.
