The 1989 Ford Taurus Nathan, 18, was driving ran off the right side of the roadway, traveled along the shoulder and over an embankment striking a tree on the passenger's side.
Dylan, who was seated in the front passenger seat,was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident occurred on Route 522 south, one half mile north of Route 604 near Blackwater Creek
