Meditation
group meets
There is a group meeting for meditation each Thursday starting at 7 a.m. in the parish hall of Trinity Episcopal Church. There is a 20-minute period of sitting meditation, followed by a five-minute walking meditation, followed by another 20-minute sitting meditation followed by a brief reading before participants disperse to begin their days. All are welcome.
Children’s service
The Washington Baptist Church will hold a Children’s Christian Service at 11 a.m. on the first and third Sunday of each month.
