Fauquier Hospital (540) 349-0588 A session of the Water Workout Club, held at the FAST Aquatic Center on Vint Hill, runs Jan. 2-30; another begins Feb. 2. This is a low-intensity activity in shallow water for any age, perfect for non-swimmers. Registration is required; the cost is $55 per session. The hospital also sponsors a workout for those 50 and older, which uses stretching, light hand weights, and moving to music.
