D’s Dance Studio Bealeton (540)439-2300 High-impact aerobics classes, with weights, are offered from 7:30-8:30 p.m. Monday and Wednesday. The registration fee is $20, then it’s $6 every time you come to class. You can also buy 10 sessions for $50 (not including the registration fee). Anyone can come to the classes, regardless of fitness level; teachers Pam Wilson and Stacy Coupe will work with people one at a time if they need help. Child care is offered, $6 for an hour. No shower facilities, but there is a bathroom for changing clothes.
