With a community center like the one I propose, the young people would have a place to go where they could work on building their talent in a specific sport, such as basketball, volleyball, tennis, and it also would allow them a weight room to build up strength for all sports.
With a center like this RCHS could also develop a tennis team and a swimming team and use the facility for competition. A facility like this would give the young people a place to go and work on their skills year round instead of just when the school is offering open gym.
