Circulation District Manager
We’re looking for a high-energy, self-motivated individual to work in the distribution and marketing of our newspapers. As an area district manager, you will recruit and train newspaper carriers and oversee the sale of newspapers through retail stores & vending machines. This position concentrates on delivery and sales functions within Culpeper County, working with approximately 15 newspaper earners. The position requires a commitment to be “on calf’ to resolve delivery issues. Frequently this entails actual delivery of open routes. The ability to recruit, train, and motivate newspaper carriers is vital to success in this position. Candidates must have dependable transportation and good driving record. Compensation includes salary, bonus and mileage reimbursement. Benefits include medical, dental, life and 401K.
