TOWN COUNCIL TOWN OF WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA Pursuant to Section 6-1-1 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 14, 2004, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall on Gay and Calvert Streets in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application: TWSU #03-11-01 James V. DeBergh, Jr. and Elizabeth R. DeBergh, prospective purchasers of the property known as Tax Map 20, Parcel 19E and a portion of Tax Map 20A-1, Parcel 78 (the annex building of the Old Washington School) desire a Special Use permit to adaptively re-use the annex building to house the Senior Citizen Site and professional office space for Harris Hollow Foods, L.C. The use proposed is allowed in compliance with Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance Section 1-4-1(1) and additional standards in Section 6-1 -2(v).
