ister with the Potomac District Council of the Assemblies of God for over 50 years and ministered in several churches in the area, including Browntown, Bentonville, Rileyville, Front Royal and Hazel River. She pastored the Assembly of God Church in Sperryville from 1939 until 1972.
Mrs. Harrington was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Derixon Harrington.
Surviving are one devoted son, Luther Harrington of The Villages, Fla., three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held Nov. 17 at the Maddox Funeral Home with the Rev. Greg Amos officiating. Interment followed at Prospect Hill Cemetery in Front Royal.
