TW SUB #04-10-01 Pleasant View of Rappahannock, LLC proposes to subdivide property located both in the Town of Washington and Couhty of Rappahannock such that the existing two parcels shall be configured into four parcels, portions of which are located in the Town. Property is Tax Map 20A-1, Parcel 123 (zoned RR-Rural Residential) and Parcel 124 (zoned part VR-Village Residential and part RR-Rural Residential).
