I attended what we used to call an “assembly” (get out of class) on Nov. 11, Veterans’ Day at the Rappahannock County High School. A program was conducted by students to honor the veterans of our county.
The band played; the chorus sang. The student body was attentive. The attendees were treated to very well-performed music and a most-appreciated talk by Carson Johnson.
