Governor Tim Kaine and his wife Anne Holton visited Little Washington over the weekend. They stayed at the Middleton Inn on Saturday where they had stayed three years ago for an anniversary. They were joined by Governor Rhine's childhood friend and his wife from Kansas City, Missouri. - They dined at The Inn at I^ittle Washington and spent Sunday walking through the village stopping at different shops including R.H. Ballard and the Middle Street Gallery Vhere Governor Kaine’s friend purchased a large sculpture by artist Janet Brome. 1 Members of their party Stayed at the Heritage House on Main Street. f J Sunday morning’s lovely weather found them having a delightful breakfast on the porch of the Middleton Inn overlooking the Blue Ridge mountains. It was particularly special as it was prepared by our own Mary Arthur who heads up the Culinary Arts Program at the Rappahannock County High School.
