In other matters, the board reviewed a presentation given to Rappahannock County Public Schools on Dec. 16 proposing energy saving upgrades for RCPS schools by Ameresco an energy performance contractor. Ameresco already has an agreement with the RCPS to conduct a more in depth energy audit of the schools said School Superintendent Bob Chappell.
