ORDER OF PUBLICATION
THE OBJECT of the above-styled suit is to partition a certain tract or parcel of land described as 2.00 acres, more or less, (Rappahannock County Tax Map Number 23-11) in Jackson Magisterial District. Rappahannock County, Virginia, and which was conveyed to Albert Grigsby by deed from Mason Priest dated April 19. 1879 and recorded in Deed Book P, page 321 in the Clerk s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia. 'And it appear ing by affidavit filed according to law that due diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Plaintiff to ascertain in what county, city or state the Defendants ROBERT THOMPSON, SELENDIA (AKA SELIANA) THOMPSON, ROY THOMPSON, BARBARA ANN HYDE, SOPHIA J. JOHNSON, ERNIE LEE MORTON. ANNIE MAE JEFFRIES, MARION LEE STEWART and LOUISE GOODE reside, without effect.
And it further appearing that the above named Defendant. MARIE BLACKINO, is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia and that her last known Post Office address is P.O. Box 394 Gambrills Maryland, 21054-0394; that Defendant, MARILYN DENISE MOR TON, is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia and that her last known Post Office address is 5938 Rowanberry Drive, Elkridge, MD 21075-5256; that Defendant BERNARD WALKER is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia and that his last known Post Office address is 2205 Vermont Avenue, Landover Maryland 20785; that Defendant, RALPH WALKER, is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia and that this last known Post Office address is 7838 Michele Drive. Landover, Maryland 20785, that Defendant, TANJA RENEE WARD, is not a resident of ffie Commonwealth of Virginia and that her last known Post Office address is 9901 Good Luck Road, #T-1, Seabrook, Maryland 20706.
And it further appearing according to said affidavit that the unknown heirs at law of ROBERT THOMPSON. SELENDIA (AKA SELIANA) THOMPSON, ROY THOMPSON, BARBARA ANN HYDE, SOPHIA J JOHNSON, ERNIE LEE MORTON. ANNIE MAE JEFFRIES MARION LEE STEWART, LOUISE GOODE, WILLIE MILTON GRIGSBY, ALBERT GRIGSBY, JAMES EDWARD (J.W.) GRIGSBY ANDREW FRANKLIN GRIGSBY, MARIE LOUISE TOLLIVER GRIGSBY, JOHN HENRY GRIGSBY, SAM BOOTEN GRIGSBY GEORGE ROBERT GRIGSBY, ALBERT PENDLETON GRIGSBY MARY ALICE GRIGSBY THOMPSON, and SARAH CATHERINE GRIGSBY JEf FRIES, who now are or maybe deceased and whose names are unknown, are or maybe interested in the subject to be partitioned or disposed of in this suit, if any such heirs at law there be.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that each of said persons appear on or before the 12th day of February ,2009 in the Clerk s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, Post Office Box 517, 238 Gay Street, Washington, Virginia, 22747, and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
It is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, and that a copy of this order be posted at the front door of the courthouse wherein this court is held
