Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services is currently seeking qualified applicants for Summer Camp Supervisors to work in various summer programs. Programs include the Summer Daze Camps that work with children grades 1-5, the Adaptive Recreation Camps that work with school aged individuals with disabilities, and the Trip Camp programs that work with grades 1 -8. Positions are available June through August 20()9 at school sites throughout Loudoun County. Duties include supervision, organization and management of age appropriate recreational activities. Work hours will be Monday - Friday between 7:00 a m. - 6:00 p.m. Please include all applicable experience working with and/or supervising children on your application. Requires a Bachelor s degree in Elementary Education or related field. Virginia State Licensing requires additional experience supervising children during recreational or educational activities and must be at least 21 years of age. One year programmatic experience preferred.
