The Mother/Daughter category has been a past hit. We added Son to the category because there are mothers who may not have a daughter but would like to compete with their son< s i or maybe a mother with a daughter and son.” she added. The registration fee for contestants is $35 no matter how many are in the group.
Winners and runners up in all categories will receive a large trophy. Category winners also will receive a tiara and sash.
Miss Rappahannock will receive a beautiful crown, sash, large trophy and a $100 check. All participants not placing in the pageant will receive a participation aw’ard.
The last Miss Rappahannock Pageant was held in 2007. In 2008 the SVRS did not have enough members to hold the pageant, and the squad membership concentrated on serving the emer
