The Virginia Tourism Corporation hosts the Tourism Help I4esk each month in a different locality in Virginia. The workshop brings the state’s key tourism resources directly to localities to help boost local tourism efforts and increase tourism visitation and spending on a state and local level. According to Commonwealth statistics, tourism is an $18.7 billion indastry in Virginia, supporting 210,000 jobs and generating $1.2 billion in state and local taxes for Virginia's communities.
