“We’ve added categories so boys and family members will not be neglected," said Deanna Wayland, pageant chairperson. “We want this to be a family oriented pageant.”
Little Mister Rappahannock is for boys 2 to 7. The Siblings and Friends groups can be any age, male or female.
“We didn't add a Father/Son Daughter category because males are sometimes reluctant to participate," she said. “But the Friends category can sure be displayed by Fathers/Daughters/Sons.
