Dr. Pinninti graduated With Honors and Cum Laude from Wellesley College. From there she went on to medical school at Case Western Reserve University. There she received fellowship awards in primary care research and patient care. She then completed her internship at Washington Hospital Center. Afterwards she completed her residency in Ophthalmology at The George Washington University where she served as a Chief Resident.
Dr. Pinninti then completed a fellowship in Medical Retina at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After her fellowship, she joined the staff of the Portland, Oregon Veterans Administration Hospital where, in addition to her clinical duties, she was involved in the resident training program at the Casey Eye Institute. Dr. Pinninti is now accepting appointments for new patients.
