Ice House
The old Ice House next door, built in the 1870s, and now the studio of portrait artist Linda Lawler, is open for visitors. Outside, in the back and side gardens, fieldstone beds showcase a colorful perennial garden. The original stables and other outbuildings, pleasant seating areas, and grassy lawn areas afford many places to stroll, and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets in a typical Rappahannock setting.
