we can come together annually as a community and also educate the larger community to the beauty and richness of our agricultural base
As a participant, 1 met many neighbors and learned of the diversity of their farms and vineyards- some of which I did not know existed Unfortunately, 1 did not get to tour these venues but I expect one of the products of the weekend is we will all find time to get to know better the farmers, their products and each other.
The commitment of the many volunteers who made this possible is awesome and I have renewed confidence that through them we will fulfill the spirit of our Comprehensive Plan in sustainable ways into the future. You are our greatest asset and I applaud you all.
