The board of the PollackKrasner Foundation has award ed Rappahannock artist Pattor Wilson a foundation grant recognizing in that award the artistic achievements, professionalism and accomplishments oi Wilson’s career.

Wilson is a contemporary realist painter who works in the mediums of egg tempera, casein and oil. His works are included in private, corporate and museum collections throughout the United States and Europe. Most recently, Wilson’s paintings were included in the Fort Wayne Museum of Art Biennial and the Butler Museum of American Art Midyear Survey of American Painting.

He was a finalist in the renowned ARC Salon International Competition. In 2009, Wilson received the Glen Bradshaw Award for an egg tempera work in the National Society of Casein and Acrylic Painting at the National Arts Club in New York City.

Wilson’s work has been featured in New American Paintings. American Artist Magazine. Southwest Art, International Artist, Watercolor Magazine, Piedmont Virginian and Forbes, Inc.
