Stephen Wagner's signed print, “Carnival of Supreme Cuisine," is one of the unique items to be auctioned at a party and annual meeting of the Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection (RLEP) on Friday, Nov. 20 at 7 p.m. at the Washington fire hall. The party features a buffet and beverages (cash bar), a brief update on RLEP’s activities and plans from president, Monica Worth, as well as live and silent auctions.
