Congratulations go out to Kim and Janice Abraham, winners of the Third Annual “A Cause for Paws’ Raffle.
Kim and Janice are parttime residents of “Little" Washington. Their prize includes dinner at The Inn at Little Washington and a onenight stay at the Heritage House B&B
According to Michelle Schwartz, co-owner of Heritage House, even with a slow economy, this year’s raffle raised $1,970. Tickets were sold by the Heritage House B&B, the Caulfield Gallery and the Rappahannock Animal Rescue League. In three years, the raffle has raised over $7,000 to help support RAWL's Feline Spay and Neuter Fund.
The raffle was created by Schwartz and her husband, Gary, in memory of Tobey. a
