Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of 1950 be amended bjr adding a section numbered 29-194. I,*as follows:

Sec. 23-194. I, The governing body of any county may cause to be constructed and maintained a pound or enclosure and to re* quire dogs found running at large without the tag required by Sec. 29-191 to- be confined therein. Such governing body may require that any dog which has been so confined for a period of fifteen days and has not been claimed by the owner thereof shall be destroyed or otherwise disposed of by the game warden of such county.
