Extract from a decree of the Circuit Court of said County entered in theaboveentitledeause— on the 8th day of May, 1950:
“It is. further adjudged, ordered and decreed that this cause be referred to James M. Settle, Master Commissioner in Chancery, to ascertain forthwith, whom and in what manner the funds reported in the hands of the Bonded Special Commissioner are properly distributable* «as twell as the amount of the costs in this suit, and also the amount of a reasonable attorney’s fee for counsel in conducting this suit.
The Master Commissioner before taking this account shall give notice as to the time and place of making such report by publication in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the Town of Washington, Virginia, once a week for two successive weeks, and said publication shall be equivalent to personal service of notice on the parties or any of them.”
